Helping Given and Grace clean their new apartment (and have some baby time)Chatelain reunion in Utah! We all stayed in a "home base" and met up for various activities throughout each day. Here's Wally's first introduction to baby Graham.
First time meeting great gma and great gpa Dutson (at a park in Draper)
After the park, we spent a little time at Boondocks while waiting for Given and Grace to finish a visit with some friends. Verity went bowling while Alex and Hayden watched the finals.
Our family was in charge of the next day's activities. We started with a "fairy hunt" at Gardner Village in West Jordan.
Fairy pics at the end of our fairy hunt.
So good to have Connie and Dallin with us all the way from Colorado Springs
Given and Max having a conversation
Lunch at Wheeler Farm
Funny thing - a Wheeler farm worker told Hayden to go ahead and jump on this tractor and drive it around the farm. Hayden hopped up but had no idea how to drive it. Before he could figure it out, another employee came out all made and told him to get down and that he shouldn't be up there. Who knows why the first guy told him he could?
The family waiting for Hayden to take them on a ride.
Great Gma Hatch meeting Graham
and Great Gpa Hatch taking Graham to the altar of sacrifice ;)
Party at the church that night (dinner and fun games). All the great grandkids who were at the reunion so far.

Hanging out Saturday night at Jayson and Chris's, playing games, bouncy house/slide, and good good food!

Good work, Given and Grace!
Verity's Spiderman prize.
Nice bucket hat, Ty!
We all went to church at mom and dad Dutson's, then finished the reunion and Jayce/Chris's home for a baby shower - the newest baby of Abby and Kobey, Lainey!
What a great family reunion! Everyone in this picture is holding a "baby" in honor of new baby Graham and Lainey.
A member of our ward, Linling, was baptized one year ago (just before we came into our BYUI bishopric calling). This day we celebrated Linling going through the temple for her own endowment (with a few of our close friends from the ward).
Papi and Graham watching NBA Finals together.
Looking at how similar Graham and Baby Kaleb were!
Time for our Colorado trip for FSY and Averly's mission tour! Flew out of Salt Lake City to Denver.
First stop out of the Denver airport was Casa Bonita in Denver. CRAZY restaurant with...
Themed dining areas (we're in a cave)
Magic show
Cliff divers
Jungle and cave decor
Games
and balloons. It was quite the experience! The food was okay but the environment was crazy silly and fun!
Next stop: Denver temple for baptisms
On our way to Colorado Springs, we found the site for the new Colorado Springs temple.
Rental car shot! We enjoyed staying that night with Connie and Dallin.
We started Saturday with a visit to Hurst donut...
Alex and Verity got a massive apple fritter
Delicous donuts!
Then we went very far south to Pueblo, Colorado.
This is a monument for those who stayed in Pueblo as part of the Mormon Battalion. Captain James Brown (Hatch side) was in charge of a sick company that came to Pueblo.
First visit for Averly in Pueblo West: Sue
Averly hugging Sue and Verity hugging Adam Torgerson (friend from their Nauvoo trip last year)
Hayden did a great job chattting with and listening to Sue
Picture with all of Sue's fancy hats
Meeting up with some more friends of Averly for lunch at Marie's restaurant in Pueblo West.

Then we went to the Torgerson's for an awesome barbecue with many of Averly's friends from that ward
Amazing (and delicious) cake that Gary Garcia went all the way to Colorado Springs to get the cake (over an hour each way).
Verity and some other kids enjoying dinner on the little picnic table

With the Torgerson family
Sunday we went to Church with the people of that ward. Here's Adam Torgerson again. We enjoyed both hours of Church in Pueblo West then headed back north to Colorado Springs.
Meeting with President and Sister Kotter was such a pleasure. They are so kind and so interested in Averly's life and benefit. We visited with that for about an hour.

More visits to Averly's friends. We played some games at this home.
More visits!
We had dinner at the home of President and Sister Rich (he's a counselor in the Missionary Presidency - Averly loves them!).
Then we stayed that night with Connie and Dallin again. So good to be there with them.
Monday morning we went to the fun city of a Manatou. This was a penny arcade we spend some fun time at.
Mom and Dad kissing for the "Kiss-o-meter". We didn't get ranked very good, so it was probably rigged.
A fun mansion home at the bottom of the massive "incline" mountain. Rest and nice pictures here!

So tough!
Went to lunch at Hell's Kitche pizza.
